Engine and Propeller

Think its a Stearman? The N3N and the Stearman PT-17 are often mistaken for each other. There four major distinguishing features between the two: 1. The N3N has a more rounded and taller vertical fin and rudder, 2. The N3N has one strut connecting the vertical fin to the horizontal stabilizer whereas the Stearman had two flying wires, 3. The N3N has ailerons on the upper and lower wings and an aileron interconnect strut connecting them; the Stearman only had ailerons on the lower wing. 4. The N3N has 30 x 5 Bendix wheels compared to the much smaller wheels and wider tires on the Stearman.

Interior and Exterior

Interior? ReallY? Get in that damn seat, Cadet! Let's just say it has a seat cushion, with mil-spec upholstery and a four point harness and seat belt. As for the rest, it is like sitting in a cockpit in 1941.
