Accident damage May 2014. On takeoff the aircraft impacted a concrete well cover and the nose gear detached. It was landed safely, without the nose gear resulting in a prop strike and damage. The nose gear and firewall replaced and the overhauled engine was mated to new 3-blade McCauley prop. All 337s and repair documentation with records.
