This Piper Dakota is a rare find - very few were produced in the 90s. Super panel with Garmin 430W WAAS and S-Tec 60-2 autopilot with Knots2U speed mods. The aircraft deserves a consideration even with its damage history: In 1999 it was in the Hurricane Floyd flooding in eastern North Carolina and was completely refurbished with new interior and avionics. in 2003 it was in a landing accident at Ocracoke, impacting dunes on roll out. The aircraft received brand new factory-built wings and is better than new. Call to learn more about this hidden jewel. 1999 - At 895 hours TTAF, aircraft was in the Hurricane Floyd flood of eastern North Carolina. The aircraft was completely cleaned and refurbished with all new leather upholstery and carpeting.

2003 - At 1,198 hours TTAF, aircraft had a landing accident at Ocracoke, NC. All repairs documented. NEW Piper factory wings and cowl. New 3-blade prop, New "0" time overhaul and complete new paint.
